The STH Coalition brings members from a variety of sectors together to fight intestinal worms. They are committed to creating a world where children are free of intestinal worm infections so they can thrive.

STH Coalition members have united to fight intestinal worms. They collaborate and coordinate efforts to catalyze demand for and scale up deworming programs, facilitate efforts to prevent reinfection and reduce STH transmission, and support effective programs to accelerate impact.

 

They are committed to creating a world where children are free of intestinal worm infections so they can thrive.  

 

Together, STH Coalition members work to realize the World Health Organization (WHO)’s target of reaching 75 percent of all at-risk children (ages 1 – 14) by 2020.

 

 

Members of the STH Coalition have organized under one roof to collaborate and coordinate efforts to:

- Catalyze demand for and scale up deworming programs;

- Facilitate efforts to prevent reinfection and reduce STH transmission through a multi-pronged approach;

- Support effective programs to accelerate impact.
